If the product has any failure after the 1 year warranty:
1) The client can send the product to NEWAY for repair. And the client shall be responsible for the
freight.
2) NEWAY will charge for the repair according to failure situation of the product.
3) After the repair, NEWAY will send the product back to the client. And the client shall be
responsible for the freight.
4) If the client is able to make repair locally, NEWAY can provide corresponding parts. The client
shall bear the charge of parts and freight.
* Q:what's the shipment terms and delivery time of your company?
A:Well, they depends on the quantity of your order.As you know ,we need time to manufacture the machines.but mostly ,the shipment time is 3-7 working days after delivery.For Delivery way, for Sample and Bulk order < 100KG, we will kindly Suggest Express by sea and Air freight, when Air freight and by Sea shipping for Bulk order >100KG.As for detailed cost, it depends on your final order.
