freight.
2) NEWAY will charge for the repair according to failure situation of the product.
3) After the repair, NEWAY will send the product back to the client. And the client shall be
responsible for the freight.
4) If the client is able to make repair locally, NEWAY can provide corresponding parts. The client
shall bear the charge of parts and freight.
